Work through the blockers to prepare a demonstration draft. Keep the evidence and the reason for each decision visible.
These plots are deforestation-free. What blocks them is the file: TRACES will reject the submission on the geometry alone. The durable fix is to walk the boundary and resend, which the cooperative can do before the next consignment - but a shipment leaving this week needs the plot out of it now.
Demo only: ticking a box does not verify a document. In a real workflow, collect and review the evidence first. Article 11(1) lets an operator count support to suppliers - “in particular smallholders, through capacity building and investments” - as mitigation. A cleared finding stays in the record at zero weight, because Article 11(3) requires the operator to show how the decision was taken, not to delete it.
6a001313c4…Article 10(1) permits placing product on the market only where the assessment reveals no or only a negligible risk. Anything above negligible means Article 11 mitigation is owed first.
